Spider-Man is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Sony is still working on making movies with all the non-Spidey Spider-Man characters they own the rights to. Venom 2 is due out in June and Jared Leto's Morbius is set for next January. Now it looks like the studio has their eye on Keanu Reeves for a Kraven the Hunter movie.
According to Comic Book Resources, Sony has offered Reeves the role of Kraven, a classic Spider-Man villain who sets out to kill the friendly neighborhood wall-crawler to prove that he's the world's greatest hunter. With Kraven as the lead, it's probably safe to assume that the movie version of the character won't be quite as villainous. The sources on this casting rumor describe the project as a mashup of Logan and Man on Fire. Sounds like Keanu might be back in John Wick action mode soon.
